Pro-life Win: Court Dismisses 14 of 15 Charges Against Pro-life Planned Parenthood Investigators
In mid-2015, two Planned Parenthood (PP) investigators, David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt released video-recordings exposing the illegal selling of fetal tissue by PP officials. In 2016, USA Today reported, "The grand jury in Harris County indicted David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt on a felony charge of tampering with a governmental record. Daleiden was also indicted on a misdemeanor charge of “prohibition of the purchase and sale of human organs,” Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson said in a statement.'"
Daleiden defended his videos in a statement that he gave USA Today.
"Six months after these revelations broke, Planned Parenthood still cannot deny that the shocking and indicting words on the videos were spoken by its own senior level leadership," he wrote. "Planned Parenthood cannot rebut the incriminating statements of its own leadership on these tapes, and so it has resorted to an awkward shuffle of blind denials and stagy distractions in their wake. The truth will continue to come out through the congressional probe, through the ongoing state investigations and through the frivolous lawsuit Planned Parenthood now brings in retaliation for its exposure."
On June 21, LifeNews reported, "In a huge victory, a California court today dismissed almost all of the criminal charges abortion activists filed against the pro-life advocates who recorded undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood selling the body parts from aborted babies." 14 of the 15 charges were dismissed on the basis of legal insufficiency. HUGE win for the pro-life movement. Planned Parenthood is a clinic designed specifically for abortions. Which, by the way, feminists, is anti-woman. Throughout the entire U.S., only five of PP clinics offer prenatal care. Just because abortion is legal does not make it okay. You are killing a preborn human being. People go into a frenzy when a 2-week-old is beaten, stabbed, or even killed. The only difference is the location of the baby. Life begins at conception, which medical books can confirm.
Here are a couple of examples:
“Human life begins at fertilization, the process during which a male gamete or sperm (spermatozoo developmentn) unites with a female gamete or oocyte (ovum) to form a single cell called a zygote. This highly specialized, totipotent cell marked the beginning of each of us as a unique individual.” “A zygote is the beginning of a new human being (i.e., an embryo).”

“The oviduct or Fallopian tube is the anatomical region where every new life begins in mammalian species. After a long journey, the spermatozoa meet the oocyte in the specific site of the oviduct named ampulla, and fertilization takes place.”

Instead of killing your beautiful, innocent baby out of convenience, take responsibility for your actions. Take precaution if engaging in sexual activity. Birth control, condoms and here's a good one, not engaging in sexual activity until you are ready to take care of another human being. Abortion is never the answer. Children are God's way to let us know that he is not yet discouraged of us.
